Job Description
-
Responsibilities:
- In charge of the sales of yellow phosphorus and phosphoric acid for delegated
accounts; - Carry out and coordinate sales and technical enquiries on product, sales
transaction activities, export permit applications and documentation to ensure
smooth delivery to customers; - Establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers and ensuring
fair sales of products based on sales agreement; - Responding to customers’ requests, inquiries and complaints in a timely and
appropriate manner; - Produce and present monthly sales reports;
- Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales process improvement;
- To comply with company Safety Policy and Procedures;
- Perform all other duties, activities and responsibilities that may be assigned by
the superiors whenever necessary from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry related studies or business studies;
- Minimum five (5) years’ working experience preferably in technical sales and
marketing; - Good command in English and good command in Chinese will be an
advantage; - Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work under pressure
