ELS is an award-winning recruitment firm with more than a decade of proven track record in recruitment. In 2019, ELS took home the Gold Prize for “The Best Executive Search Firm of HR Vendors of the Year Awards 2019”.

Team
Eddie founded eLawyer Recruitment under Agensi Pekerjaan ELS Sdn Bhd in 2008. eLawyer Recruitment specialise in recruiting legal, company secretarial and compliance talent. Prior to his recruitment business, Eddie was a practising lawyer and later became an in-house legal counsel of a regional IT company.
With more than a decade of recruitment experience, Eddie has built a reputation for his deep understanding of recruitment market and ability to procure solid matches for both employer and candidate in a very short turn-around-time.
Eddie is also a certified coach who is passionate about leadership and career empowerment.
Eddie has won number awards, including the “Runner Up of the Vice Chancellor’s Outstanding Alumni Award: Entrepreneur of the Year Award” from his alma mater, Anglia Ruskin University, the United Kingdom in 2016.
Kennard is the co-founder of TalentTag Recruitment and is the Executive Director of Agensi Pekerjaan ELS Sdn Bhd. Prior to his venture into the recruitment business, Kennard had spent the past 20 years in the fast-paced IT industry with MNCs and local IT solutions providers; where he gained a proven track record in managing and building a team of top talent across different market segment across the region.
As part of senior management in a well-known tech MNC, Kennard is astutely sharp in recruiting, managing and mentoring IT talent. His network and industry insights are certainly an invaluable advantage when serving employers and candidates.
Kennard is also a senior church leader with the passion of bring about a positive impact to younger generations through career, leadership and personal coaching and mentoring.
