Job Description

• Design the overall pricing framework based on an understanding of the industry, market, competition, and company strategy;
• Deeply cultivate various industries, timely collect market information, and effectively adjust the customer quotation model to support business growth;
• Pricing operations: directly interface with BD (Business Development), support quotation and special price approval based on different customer groups;
• Inter-industry price module coordination, maintain a system of prices at the group level that is independently logical yet interconnected, and can be combined to offer to the market;
• Continuous improvement: continuously seeking opportunities to systematic solution and implement to improve operation efficient, data accuracy and promptness. Proactively involved product/tech team to streamline demand and implementation plan.
• Support any other ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

-

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field or equivalent required.
• Over 5 years’ working experience in pricing or relevant analytical field, payment industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strong technical capabilities into commercial judgement, and to work independently and self-motivated in a fast paced and rapidly-changing environment where new business initiatives are frequently introduced.
• Knowledge of e-payment, e-commerce and financial services is a plus.
• Be comfortable with large volumes of complex data and presenting findings to management. Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload.
• Curiosity in continuous learning, and strong inter-person skills with the ability to interact with multi-functional teams to drive the discussion, alignment and actions.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
