Purpose of the position

• maintain all types of performance monitoring tools (both online and offline) for running plants in ASEAN/RSP region.
• maintain the current and new plant data performance management system, Monitoring and reporting in ROC, and ensure its accuracy and highly reliable
• Support any performance management system from COE / Digitalization team to regional and country from Tonnage Operations scope.

  
Principal responsibilities

• Maintain and manage all the ROC’s plants in data performance system (Global Historian) and ensure its accuracy and highly reliable to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
• To maintain the plant assets information in the performance system.
• 1st level support. This includes analysis of incident in accordance to Troubleshooting Guidelines and identification of the most likely error cause.
• To liaise with ASU ROC and Global team to setup performance tools such as Plant model and PER online and ensure reliable outcome for monitoring and tracking.
• Maintain the standard KPI scorecard, Web Report, process safety dashboard, ELOG and others ROC Operation Reporting templates.
• Support others functional projects implementation that required performance system integration such as Equipment health center.
• Responsible for the shift, daily and monthly reporting system for the all the ROC operated plants.
• To set up and maintain auto notification system for ROC and onsite team and related parties for related key monitoring elements such as storage tanks level and system outages to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Update, monitor, and track ROC operated Plants KPI.
• To develop and maintain the reporting automation using excel VBA or others application where applicable.
• To support and maintain ROC quality management.
• To attend scheduled review session with Global team on the key initiative and progress. Provide feedback of performance system and tools for continuous improvement.

Required qualifications/experience

• 1-3 years in performance system management
• 1-3 years experiences in process technology knowledge

Required key skills (functional/technical)

• Knowledgeable in process operations
• Strong in data analytic skill and able to automate reporting with Excel VBA or others application.
• Project management skills
• Self-motivated, showing drive and determination to perform.
