• To input/ update data in the computer systems
• Assist to co-ordinate with customers/vendors for shipment arrangement.
• Assist to manage all export and import shipments
• Assist to negotiate transportation and handling costs
• Assist to deal with shippers/ consignees’ requirements
• Assist to verify / update vendors’ and agents’ invoices
• Assist to handle invoices with clients and finance department
• Assist to handle for haulage/transport arrangement
• Update shipment status & required information to customers
• Preparing document (Bill of Lading/HAWB / invoice, etc)
• Send pre-alert to destination agent & follow up destination clearance/delivery status
• Follow up D/O from agent/vendor
• Assist to ensure all paperwork is well prepared and filed accordingly
• Adhere to all SOPs and compliance procedures
• To perform any other tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or equivalent
• Good computer proficiency in MS Office
• Good written and verbal communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Proactive, meticulous, team player, initiative with positive work attitude
• Able to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
