Job Purpose :
● Responsible for planning, coordinating and administering the market research. Collect and analyze the data and information of customers regarding the products. Help to maintain the relationship with customers.
Responsible to/Report to : Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities :
1. To compile and analyze data from the commodity market involving raw
materials and finished goods for strategic decision making and market
positioning;
2. Monitor and analyze customer behavior based on their purchasing pattern;
3. Responsible for curating and presenting data for internal and external reporting;
4. Ensure smooth transition of after-sales documentation from logistics & sales
team to customers;
5. To comply with company Safety Policy and Procedures;
6. Perform all other duties, activities and responsibilities that may be assigned by the superiors whenever necessary from time to time.
