Job Description
-
1) The company is having close to 1K employees and having 10+ of HR personnel. Manage full spectrum of HR functions. The role is vacant for few months as they wanted to train internal employee to hold HR HOD when the previous HOD left. But the plan is not working, thus looking to hire external HR HOD to support the expansion and future hirings.
2) Reporting to MD and Group HR located in China. Navigating remote hiring and its challenges.
3) Adapting to Human Resource Management new trends and technologies.
4) Hiring talent from local as well as abroad (DL & IDL).
5) Introducing factors to enhance and monitor of employee performance.
6) Manage organizational and company culture.
7) Create a safe and inclusive work environment.
8) Leading and driving best CSR practices and its conformance.
9) Oversee and manage benefits and compensation
10) Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations
Requirements
-
1) Degree in any discipline and at least 12 – 15 years of HR experience in manufacturing environment.
2) Mandarin literate (Speak & Write) to work closely with HQ – China.
3) Possesses Strong leadership with good people management skills.
4) Problem solver, dynamics and aggressive to support the business growth.
