• Work closely with the finance team to ensure accounting tasks are completed with high quality, timeliness, and adherence to Group policies.
• Perform trending and variance analysis review.
• Reviewing monthly balance sheet schedules prepared by accounts executives for the group management team.
• Perform journals posting on daily/weekly, especially for month end closing.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify accuracy of recorded transactions.
• Communicate/liaise with local stakeholders based on requirements.
• Backup of team member job scope where applicable.
• Any other ad-hoc assignment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Preferably candidates with 1 – 3 years of working experience in finance.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel (V-lookup, Pivot)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Due to expansion, there will be 5 new openings for this role.
