1. Participated in the construction of visualization reflecting product and operation status, and optimized the visualization of business indicators.
2. Basic dimension modeling, classification model, feature extraction, RFM, COX binning, scorecard, etc. to drive the needs of hierarchical management and significance analysis of existing business.
3. Deeply participate in the growth analysis of upstream business, make value backtracking and improvement suggestions in relevant projects, and establish a complete data-driven PDCA mechanism to ensure the input-output ratio of the project.
4. Regularly export and publicize the team’s ability of data-driven business, make demos and effectively train service personnel and business personnel to describe, analyze and guide business with data.

Requirements:

1. At least 5 years relevant working experience, bachelor degree or above, major in mathematics, statistics, computer science or related.
2. Relevant experience in e-commerce industry or e-payment industry is preferred, and experience in toB business or projects is preferred.
3. Proficient in common office software (Excel, Word, etc.), SQL, Hive and other data development languages.
4. Experience with Alibaba PAI’s machine learning platform, modeling experience, design or optimization of trained models.
5. Understand Python, proficient in Python is preferred, and can use Python to develop early warning robots.
6. Experience in data visualization (Excel, R, MicrosoftPowerBI, Tableau) is preferred. Experience in BI report development is preferred.
7. Have strong learning ability and problem-solving ability, good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
