Job Description

-

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to delivery for the full spectrum of Talent Acquisition activities across all business functions from research, sourcing, interview, offer and all of the operational and administrative work associated with hiring.
  • Responsible for the wing-to-wing recruitment process, including but not limited to, managing job posting and process compliance, job launch, sourcing and screening of candidates, candidate tracking and status updates to business partners. Facilitate interview feedback sessions, prepare salary proposal, extend verbal offers and issue Employment Agreements.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and develop an expertise in their business and talent needs, helping to develop and manage talent pools and pipelines.
  • Utilize proactive and innovative sourcing strategies utilizing various techniques to meet the hiring demand of the business.
  • Responsible for any ad hoc project/task assigned by Director.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a min 3 years’ of recruiting and sourcing experience.
  • Experience in Conglomerate/Construction/Education is preferred.
  • Those with in-house or agency recruitment experience would have an added advantage
  • Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn.
  • Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively.
  • Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed.
  • Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinker.
  • Candidate who is able to communicate in Mandarin or any Chinese Dialects is preferred.
