Job Description

As a Senior Business System Operations Specialist, you will be working with a fast-paced innovative team, leveraging Salesforce as a driver of management for the organization. You will work to ensure the quality, consistency, and efficiency of all Salesforce functions. You will also required to lead a group of Business Systems Operations Specialist team to provide the professional support to our target system users. Ideal candidates will be pro-active, process-oriented, and results-driven individuals that effectively leverage technology to collaborate with team members to get work done. You will work closely with various departments including but not limited to sales, marketing, and Salesforce technology to support daily activities while implementing new improvements, features, functionalities, and processes within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-tier sales day-to-day support and administration of Salesforce platform.
• Provide necessary guidance and support to Business Systems Operations Specialists and resolve their escalated issues.
• Collect target system users’ feedback from Business Systems Operations Specialists and be capable of summarizing or abstract the common problem or finding with data proven.
• Investigate target system users’ requirements and be able to provide customized report and dashboard support and guidance.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices to deliver information to users.
• Provide regular user training to ensure best practices and drive user adoption, and maximize their effectiveness.
• Assist in documenting existing processes and workflows to strengthen and optimize work process.
• Collaborate with sales team to gather and understand business requirements related to the Salesforce platform, and translate business requirements into technical requirements and executable plans with internal team.
• Proactively collaborate with the Salesforce development and other business applications team and get the issues resolved timely
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within Salesforce.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Familiar with Salesforce system is desired.
• Must have a Salesforce Administrator certificate.
• Having customer first mindset and strong responsibility to follow up customers’ requests until get them resolved as fast as possible.
• Strong presence and communication skills.
• Have a strong data analysis and data-driven problem solving capability.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).
• Proven time management and prioritization skills to make efficient, logical decisions in a rapidly changing environment.
• Curious, with a strong desire to continually learn and evolve.
• With team management skill is a plus.
