Summary:
Oversee IT systems of the Company and to enhance IT systems’ efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Head, Business Technology, project managers, business analysts, infrastructure, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions.
• Write well-designed, testable code.
• Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.
• Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing system.
• Participate in requirement gathering, design, coding and implementation of back-end.
• Platform development, which included features enhancements, new functionalities, and back-end system integration.
• Collaborate with project team to prepare technical specifications.
• Proactively manage stakeholder communication related to deliverables, risks, changes and dependencies.
• Lead a team of web and mobile developers deliver front-end solutions for distribution channels and customers.
• Proven track record in delivering high quality programming solutions at scale, on time, in cost.
