Job Description
-
- Carry project implementation task for security solution
- Provide High Level Technical Support
- 3+ years of experience building, deploying and support of enterprise grade security solutions like Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet
- Demonstrate troubleshooting skills on a wide array of enterprise grade Cyber Security products
- L3 support for Cyber Security Incidents
- Able to provide Root Cause Analysis Report to Customer
Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least an Advance Diploma or Degree in IT related
- At least 3 years’ experience of hands on security technical experience
- Familiar with network and security components and products such as Cisco, Trend Micro, FireEye, Fortigate, PaloAlto,
- Preferably possess technical certifications such as CCNA, CCNA-Security, CCNP Security, Fortinet NSE, PCNSE
- Able to uphold
- Contribute to a positive work environment by being an active and productive team
- Strong telephone communication and customer management skills, ability to effectively communicate technical solutions and remedial action plans through oral and written
