Job Description


  1. Serve as primary contact for the project and controls THE FIRM implementation activities as defined in the project work plan;
  2. Develop, maintain, and manage overall project work plan inclusive of THE FIRM activities; collaborate with vendor’s project manager to synchronize with vendor’s project work plan;
  3. Prepare all project documents relevant to the project plan (e.g., team organization chart, team directory, project charter, overall work plan, status meeting reports, risk management, organizational change and communication plan, change management, scope management, etc.) with assistance from the vendor’s project manager
  4. Ensure that the vendor has access to, and full cooperation of, the business, technical and managerial personnel of THE FIRM and any applicable third parties who have the appropriate skill, experience and knowledge, as the vendor may reasonably require, to provide specifications, train on, and test, all aspects of the software relative to their business processes, before going live;
  5. Coordinate the activities of THE FIRM staff, day-to-day management of same as relates to project activities, including learning plan assignment of viewing training videos throughout the implementation;
  6. Ensure the project team makes every effort to perform to agreed-upon dates so as not to delay the overall project timeline;
  7. Prepare internal project documentation (such as end-user training plans and documentation);
  8. Facilitate the development of training and testing plans;
  9. Manage risk, action, issue, decision, change, and lessons learned logs;
  10. Drive the overall UAT and issue resolution activities and timeline as per the vendor’s work plan; provide a total set of completed test script results to the vendor at the transition to support;
  11. Monitor project progress and reports via regular status reports, including communication, tracking and reporting of the status of items on each project management log;
  12. Take corrective action as appropriate within agreed tolerances;
  13. Forecast and manage areas of risk;
  14. Resolve issues within agreed tolerances;
  15. Ensure achievement and quality of products;
  16. Manage overall project budget;
  17. Ensure sign-off of all project deliverables by an authorized signatory of THE FIRM;
  18. Escalate all product functionality issues, as needed;
  19. Oversee training activities and planning change management for new system (3E Elite) implementation;



  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
  2. Software project management and/or implementation history is a requisite;
  3. Min 5-8 years of project management experience
  4. IT hardware, network infrastructure and configurations knowledge and know-how;
  5. Leadership – a candidate is expected to deal with all lawyers for implementation.
