Job Description
-
- Assist in the processing of payroll for clients and compute the statutory contributions, and deductions in accordance with Malaysian laws and regulations
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll wage, and hour laws and best practices
- Assist in payroll-related audits by providing records and documentation to statutory bodies, Inland Revenue Dept, etc
- Work closely with clients and liaise with government agencies such as Inland Revenue, EPF, SOCSO, HRDF etc.
Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years(s) of relevant working experience in payroll processing including e-modules
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess good time management and organizational skills
- Diligent, responsible, and attentive to detail are keys to prioritizing work to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient with payroll softwares and MS Office
