Job Description
-
- Plan and assign support engineer to work on preventive maintenance/ support case with 24×7
- Review of preventive maintenance report
- Prepare support engineers standby and support schedule
- Review and enhance preventive maintenance report template
- Monitor incident ticket and perform assignment
- Ensure the incident ticket are handled according to defined Service Level Agreement
- Ensure the incident ticket escalated according to process and then updated accordingly on time
- Monitor and ensure incident management report or problem management report submitted in a timely manner
- Coordinate technical team to prepare problem management report and have it reviewed
- Perform support readiness for maintenance contract
- Ensure all necessary information available in contract management
- Assist in maintenance tender Scope of Work
- Estimate required man-days for preventive maintenance
- Manage AHR Asset and Renewal to cater the business requirement
- Track and record the department technical training and certification based on business needs
- Act as 3rd level Support Escalation Level.
- To conduct quarterly review with focus account customer and to ensure customer is satisfied with the Company services.
Requirements
-
- Candidate must possess at least an Advance Diploma or Degree in IT related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a managerial role and working in NOC/ SOC environment are preferred.
- Required skill(s): Understand ISMS requirement and able to support/ troubleshoot security solution.
- Required Certification(s): CCNP Security, CISA, CISM will be added advantage.
- Proven leadership skills – ability to motivate, mentor and manage others
- Manage and measure work – assigns responsibility for tasks and decisions; sets clear objectives and measures; monitors results; designs feedback loops into work
- Builds effective teams – creates strong morale and spirit in the team; defines success in terms of the whole team.
- Flexibility – ability to multi-task, adapt to change and manage a fast-paced high stress environment
- Hands-on – willingness and ability to work the details; demonstrated ability with implementing and managing issues and initiatives
- Communication – excellent written and verbal communication skills
