Responsibilities:

1. Lead sales and marketing involving strategy planning, customer sourcing,
   product sales, contract negotiations, establish product distribution routes
   (logistics);
2. Lead raw material sourcing including searching for new sources, evaluation of
   new source and suitability against plant design; work with Group Procurement
   on pricing and contract terms with suppliers;
3. Preparation of annual sales plan and monitor achievement of monthly sales
   targets;
4. Coordinate across various departments (ie. Operation/Production Planning,
   Procurement, Laboratory & Logistics) to ensure required information, packing
   material stock availability, packing requirements, customer’s shipping
   requirements are met;
5. Report on weekly price movement of key raw materials and finished products;
6. Ensure that customer inquiries are attended to and feedbacks/complaints are
   resolved in a timely manner;
7. Lead a sales team to ensure customer accounts are taken care of;
8. To comply with company Safety Policy and Procedures;
9. Perform all other duties, activities and responsibilities that may be assigned by
   the superiors whenever necessary from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry related studies or business
   studies;
2. Minimum five (5) years’ working experience preferably in technical sales and
   marketing;
3. Good in statistical analysis and excel functions;
4. Good command in both spoken and written English. Good command in
   Chinese will be an advantage;
5. Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills;
6. Ability to work under pressure and independently.
7. Frequent traveling required.
