Sales Manager (FinTech)

Job Description

-

  • New customers onboarding and activation, existing customers retention and growth, and potential business opportuinities development and incubation, via marketing and partnership resources following up and convertion, to achieve desired business objectives;

 

  • Lead and manage your team to establish and maintain a good and solid customer relationship with new clients, mainly via tele and online channels by timely account demands serving, clients portrait collecting and analyzing, and CRM system logging;

 

  • Regularly interact and collaborate with the cross-team to settle down customers’ account relevants, BAU jobs and projects as well as ad hoc tasks complishment on time.

Requirements

-

  • Bachalor degree or above, fluent in bilinguish (both Chines Mandarin and English), and proficient in OA (Microsoft Office) and CRM (Salesforce);

 

  • Enthusiastic in sales and customer successing, more than 3 years experience in Sales (1 year experience in Sales Management and Data Analysis)

 

  • Proactive and fast learning, collaborative, good interpersonal and communication skills.

 

  • Resilient, self-motivation, and target driven, and willing go the extra mile to meet sales quota.
