Job Description
-
- Manage and grow relationships within the assigned accounts in segment, primarily GTU or Enterprise focused;
- Drive client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of client buying process;
- Demand generation by assisting clients to identify needs and bring business values through The Company’s services and solutions;
- Effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines and forecast accuracy;
- Build relationship with clients and display an interest in and knowledge of the client environment;
- Ability to identify sales opportunities by managing and growing revenue and expansion across all solution offerings in The Company;
- Engage and coordinate with partners and or vendors to drive new opportunities; and
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills to craft solutions that are beneficial to The Company and the client.
Requirements
-
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Computer Science/Telecommunication/Electronics & Electrical);
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position; 3. Preferably non-Management candidate, someone hands-on (mandatory)
- Experience in development and execution of major accounts, delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs would be an added advantage;
- Track record of consistent quota achievement and must be results driven;
- Good working knowledge with System Solution/Integrators products and services;
- Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills;
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail;
- Possess the ability to understand business requirement and able to qualify sales opportunity; and
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
