Job Description

-

  • Ensure the smooth daily operations of our stores, aligning with our company’s vision and mission.
  • Expand the Company’s brand awareness and sales channels in both B2B and B2B2C segments.
  • Design and execute growth strategies for the next 1-10 years, evaluating financial performance regularly.
  • Devise plans for team execution, set policies, and maintain yearly budgets and expenses.
  • Optimize employee productivity and professional development, including leadership hires at the front of the house.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to outperform in merchandise performance, visual display, sales, and pipeline management.
  • Lead discussions with the finance team to ensure business profitability and effective cash flow management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
  • 3-5 years of retail experience with a strong background in planning and budgeting.
  • Minimum 2 years of team management experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and success in strategic planning.
  • Knowledgeable in various business processes (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.).
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Engaging, positive, and motivating communication style.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and customer-focused mindset.

Our client is a global retail furniture chain from Europe specialising in design, produce and sell contemporary furniture, accessories and lighting for living, dining, sleeping, home-office and outdoor spaces. They have its Malaysia outlet in Bangsar and looking for an experienced Regional Retail Operations Manager to support the Company’s expansion strategy.
