Job Description

-

Maintaining and periodically review the quality assurance program for FamilyMart stores.
Ensure customer complaints and/or food safety & quality complaints from outlets are properly addressed and investigated in a timely manner. Identify root cause for complaints from customers & outlets and manage the Corrective Action Report issuance.
To lead the internal and external audits including HACCP, Halal and any other regulatory bodies. Ensure corrective and preventive measures from each audit are implemented.
To conduct quarterly food safety audits at outlets to ensure food safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
Develop and coach Food Safety auditors through proper coaching and training to ensure uniform interpretation and application of standards and procedures.
Conduct statistical analyses of food safety and quality data to assess compliance with related programs and determine where improvement is needed.
To conduct food handler training when required
To report to Head of Department on the effectiveness and adequacy of the Food Safety Management System on a monthly basis.
To perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

Requirements

-

Possess a Degree or Post Graduate in Food Technology/Nutrition or equivalent qualification
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in similar industry with Food Handler Trainer license
Knowledgeable in Food Safety Quality Management System Standard eg. HACCP, FSSC 22000, etc.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good observation & auditing skill
Able to work in fast pace environment, tight deadlines with pressure
Able to travel around for work purpose
