Job Description


  1. Pre-sales support for security consulting, tech implementation and MSS opportunities for designated accounts in support of key territory sales and account plans to achieve and exceed defined targets.
  2. Prepare proposals/ statement of work (SOWs) and respond to RFPs by articulating the Company’S value proposition against the customer defined requirements and propose winning solutions.
  3. Uses in-depth solution knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staffs and the customers through sales presentations and product demonstrations for building new relationships, driving opportunities and defining innovative security solutions to our customers.
  4. Own and positively develop the relationships with key technical decision makers and influencers within the target customers.
  5. Engaging customers and partners, capturing requirements, proposing technical solution and overseeing the selection of technologies/products, scoping and estimating resources and effort needed to deliver the business value solutions to the customer successfully and achieving high level of customer satisfaction – to own and manage the whole process: –






  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Computer Science/Telecommunication/Electronics & Electrical);
  2. Familiar with security products such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper, Zscaler, Splunk, Microsoft etc
  3. Working technical knowledge in MSS, SIEM/SOAR pre-sales, design and implementation including use case/Parsing development is highly desirable
  4. CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, GIAC or equivalent professional qualification has added advantage
  5. Broad experience and understanding of security regulatory framework and guidelines
  6. Broad experience and understanding of industry standards, framework and best practices such as ISO27001, PCI DSS, NIST etc
  7. Must have experiences in pre-sales
  8. Experiences in writing proposals and giving presentations
  9. Good command of spoken and written English
