1. Global Risk Operation outsourcing resource planning and daily management base on the understanding of company and business requirement.
2. Be responsible for the vendor sourcing, negotiation, as well as daily cooperation and monitoring, ensure the delivery meet the business requirements.
3. Coordinate with outsourcing vendor on the overall operation proposal, including but not limited to reaching the target of operation SLA, quality and data security etc. Keep improving the vendor’s operation capability to satisfy our requirement with high proficiency.
4. Be responsible for the outsourcing cost management, including overall budget management and cost optimization proposal.
5. Optimize the overall Raise effective suggestions regarding procedure management and product modification to our business by combining our operation management experience and project requirement, to reach the business target.

Requirements: 

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, at lease 2 years’ relevant experience in outsourcing management and proficient in BPO operation procedure.
2. Familiar with outsourcing vendor assessment and evaluation criteria, and planning on the resource arrangement based on the business requirement.
3. Have great business communication skills and experience.
4. Good business sense, data analysis skills, language expression and judging ability to help the team members to analyze the problems and improve.
5. Strong project management, cross-departmental communication and coordination ability to make the project delivered.
6. Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluent in Mandarin will be a plus.
