Job Description

-

Act as a single point of contact to liaise with the customer, service delivery regarding equipment servicing, breakdowns, special requests, projects, as well other arrangements needed and meetings.
Manage technical team as well as project implementation with complete installation and commissioning for nationwide equipment upgrades and deliveries.
Develop, maintain, track and record staff performance reviews on sectionals and branches. The reports must record SLA services performed and breakdown attendance.
Ensure Customer Service Reports are submitted on a timely basis for invoicing and quotation purposes.
Show leadership as technical reference and solutions advice as well as provide a guide with the team for all aspects.
Perform project management and coordination as assigned.
Vendor management – Manage and Liaise with vendor or contractor for site assessment review, BOQ, technical drawing and diagram, procurement matters and work costing.
Develop and maintain documentation such as Standard of procedures, Work Method statement, and improve by process, productivity or profitability.
Manage and perform customer care through visits, reviews, discussions and meetings, site evaluation, and quality improvements.
Planning of staff career development through training, performance evaluation, counselling, coaching, work schedule, and skills upgrading.
Manage departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Any other duties and projects which may be assigned by the HOD or Company from time to time.

Requirements

-

Minimum five (5) years of working experience in a Data Center or any related hi-tech facilities area.
Minimum Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a Project Management background.
Good Engineering knowledge of mechanical or electrical duties with hands-on experience.
Possessed professional certification in CDCP / CDCRP / PMP / ITIL / will be an added advantage.
Possess good interpersonal skills and leadership.
Critical thinker, able to analyze and make decisions for the team.
Proactive and always up-to-date with laws that govern building management and maintenance.
Age 45 and below.
Able to join immediately.
Candidate must willing to work in Cyberjaya.
