Summary:
Oversee ERP, CRM, infrastructure and any other IT related projects.

Responsibilities:

• Leading IT application systems and infrastructure related project including managing the schedule, budget, risk, resources and outcomes.
• Create and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with methodology to ensure successful execution of implementations as measured by project KPI.
• Manage the project team, fostering team work and bringing the various stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
• Prioritize project tasks and to manage risk to ensure critical path is not affected.
• Develop and continuously improve project methodology practices for the company and ensure best practices are adhere to by stakeholders.
• Provide periodic project status reporting to stakeholders including project steering committee.
• Lead the request or information (RFI) and request for proposal (RFP) phases by working with internal users and vendors for a successful completion.
• Leading the demand management phase of the pre-project to execution of the project successfully.
• Ensuring milestones and deliverables are completed with proper sign-off.
