Job Description
-
- Communicating with our client HR or hiring manager to understand the client’s requirements on job order.
- Writing job opening descriptions and requirements as well as posting to relevant job portals and social media platforms.
- Sourcing and screening candidate profiles to ensure the candidate has the right fit for the job.
- Working closely with the job researcher to arrange phone, video, or in-person interviews.
- Sharing the most suitable profiles of candidates to clients within a committed timeline
- Keeping track and staying close with shortlisted candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process till the candidate is successfully placed.
- Ensure good client and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Attain or overachieve the annual sales target assigned by the management.
Requirements
-
- This job opportunity is open for fresh graduates or candidates without recruitment experience.
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Good communication skills and good command of English
- Candidates that are keen to venture into the recruitment industry or the Human Resource profession are welcome to apply.
