Job Description
-
- Performs and leads the development of technical strategies and teaming strategies on multiple projects, exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignments. Keeps abreast of hybrid cloud engineering technology trends and collaborates with peers on emerging opportunities or threats.
- Leads hybrid cloud design requirements analysis, develop and coordinate cloud strategy and architecture, including performance standards to meet specifications in a cost-effective manner. Equipped with substantial ability to clearly report information relevant to hybrid cloud engineering design.
- Provide system accreditation/certification evaluation and support to ensure all technical security features (e.g., IDM, authentication, access control, and auditing) of the system are considered and function properly.
- Produce appropriate standards selection, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the system provisioning life cycle to support the generation of technical engineering solutions. Researches and analyses technology solutions and products, identifying new opportunities and recommending emerging solutions or technologies to address challenges and risks.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, OpenStack, Linux/UNIX and container technology. Experience in FinOPS (Cloud Financial Management) and various ways to optimize cloud spend. Good knowledge on HA and Auto Scaling architecture (Failovers, Clustering, multi region and multi cloud integrations.
- Participate in designing and implementing infrastructure technologies and platforms required for Hybrid Cloud computing. Experience with Cloud Native technologies such as Microservices, Serverless, DevOps, Containers etc.
- Proposes and implements systems enhancements that will improve the reliability, performance and/or resiliency of the system. Identify and track Continuous Improvement opportunities.
Requirements

- Candidate must have 5-7 years of relevant working experience.
- Possess experience in financial management in cloud environment for ongoing optimization of costs, migration costs, licensing compliance etc.
- Possess strong technical knowledge in hybrid cloud Infrastructure
- Have experience in designing a variety of solutions within AWS, GCP or Azure cloud environments
- ITIL V4
- AWS, GCP or Azure architect certifications
