Responsibilities:
1. Identify staffing needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
3. Coordinate and execute onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
4. Support employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on HR policies.
5. Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 4 – 5 years.
3. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
4. Proven experience in talent acquisition and people management roles.
5. Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
8. Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
9. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
