Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement winning strategies for campus and intern recruitment across all business divisions.
  • Identify, select and recruit highly qualified graduate candidates through rigorous selection process.
  • Oversee and continuously enhance current recruitment process.
  • Build and develop strong collaboration relationships with academic institutions to enhance our reach to candidates.
  • Lead and organise graduate
  • Undertake or lead special projects from time to time Skills and attributes for success.
  • Create a strong employer brand and drive innovative resourcing solutions to attract the best talent.
  • Lead team members to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Prepare monthly Management Reports on staff demographics, movements, and other ad-hoc projects.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree in any field.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years’ experience in recruitment and selection, and minimum 2 years’ experience in managerial role.
  • Has prior experience in managing HRM system.
  • Must be confident, professional, resourceful, and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and meet the required targets on a timely basis.
  • Must have a high level of integrity and a positive attitude when taking on challenges and issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market
  • Experience in mentoring and leading a team of Recruiters is added advantage.
