Job Description
-
- Maintain employee information in database and ensure they are secured and updated.
- Coordinating on staff training and onboarding for new employees.
- Involved in compensation and benefits administration and payroll processing.
- Support new HR policies in accordance to Malaysia’s Employment Act (1955).
- Support talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Support HR employee engagement programs for employer branding.
Requirements
-
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Written and spoken fluent in English language
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Able to work under minimum supervision
