Job Description


  • Maintain employee information in database and ensure they are secured and updated.
  • Coordinating on staff training and onboarding for new employees.
  • Involved in compensation and benefits administration and payroll processing.
  • Support new HR policies in accordance to Malaysia’s Employment Act (1955).
  • Support talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Support HR employee engagement programs for employer branding.



  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Written and spoken fluent in English language
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Able to work under minimum supervision
