Job Description
-
- Review and screening resumes and applications.
- Conduct recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
- Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions.
- Maintain HR records; updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc) of each employee.
- Handle employee insurance-related issues.
- Conducting employee orientation; communicate and explain the company’s HR policies to the employees.
- Follow-up and ensure compliance on statutory obligations – EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax and etc.
- Administration of all contract employees or internship trainee.
- Conducting various welfare activities.
- Preparing and processing attendance checking, leave management, overtime calculation, monthly payroll.
- Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
- Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees.
- Checking travel expenses, vendor bills or employee medical claim.
- Preparing letters such as appointment, confirmation and etc.
- Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly.
- Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers.
- Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the company.
- Maintain Employee Handbook, HR Policies, HR SOP and forms.

Requirements

- Good in language(s): Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin/English.
- Degree of Human Resource or related field.
- At least 3 to 4 years’ of working experience in the related work is required for this position.
- Knowledge of HR Payroll / Management System, Attendance System.
- Knowledge of Malaysia labour law including Employment Act, Industrial Relation Act and etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
