Job Description


  • Responsible for supporting the system lifecycle & roadmap for the Google modules for Digital Contact Centre
  • Partner with conversational designers to assist and validate designs for conversational experiences
  • Implement the “intents” and “entities” that define the conversation interaction, along with the associated business rules, logic, and API interactions that are required for sophisticated interactions
  • Analyse fallouts and implement new solutions and methods to tackle them. Provide recommendations to improve CX design
  • Run and train AI / Machine Learning to identify and classify images
  • Drive adoption of Agile Scrum and DevOps framework
  • Has good quality control of development and deployment – good coding policies and frameworks, release management discipline and reusability
  • Collaborate with other L3 teams in downstream and upstream platforms for integration works
  • Identify and drive areas of improvement e.g pro-active monitoring of System Health of the application
  • Review and resolve any operational system bottlenecks
  • Ensuring platform security through best use in class cloud security solutions by working closely with Security Team



  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT-related qualifications
  • Candidate must have 2-4 years total work experience, with minimum 2 years in Google cloud native development experience
  • Experienced in using broad range of Google services to develop and maintain Google based cloud solution
  • Solid understanding of conversational dialog systems, natural language processing (NLP) fundamentals, and machine learning
  • Experienced in coding Python, system process flow, SDLC, design + documentation, Agile-Scrum delivery methodologies
  • Strong acumen in DevOps automation programming languages/scripting
  • Have knowledge on security implementation in DevOps CI/CD pipeline
  • Being a certified Google Cloud Engineer or relevant training and certification is an added advantage
  • Background in Contact Centre for Telco is an added advantage
