Job Description
-
- Work with Business/Product Owners/product development team/Project Manager to design, develop, maintain and enhance web-based & mobile-based application platform
- Work with Solution Architect to develop Application / Database / Data Migration / Product Integration Blue Print
- Establish coding standard & design standard
- Enforcing coding & design standard is applied by the team
- Work with Scrum Master to deliver committed scope in every sprint
- Work with Scrum Master to continue enhance process / workflow
- Managing and scheduling of resources in delivering sprint commitment
- Accountable for resources productivity & performance
- Conduct training to resources whenever necessary
- Mentor & Guiding the resources
- Liaison with customer / stakeholders / 3rd party vendor when necessary.
- Any other duties as instructed by the Reporting Officer or HOD
Requirements
-
- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- In depth knowledge of system design, build, testing, troubleshooting
- More than 4 years’ experience working in development and technical support.
- Experience in Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in product or project development
- Strong development experience with min of 3 technical areas, such as .NET frameworks, C#, Net, LINQ, MVVM, MVC, SQL Server, Javascript, Angular, iOS/Android Native etc
- Must be Technophile, fast learner & able to adapt to changes
- Expose to technology changes & eager to learn & explore with new technology
- Must have strong analytical & problem-solving skill
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Team Player, flexible and can work under pressure & tight timelines
- Able to work independently and in a team with self-initiative and positive attitude
