Job Description



  • Analyzing and understanding client’s business processes, converting business process requirements into ERP System requirements, documenting business / functional requirements, designing solutions and delivery of the solutions for human capital management and associated functions in an ERP system.
  • Conducting fit / gap analysis of possible solutions, adapting them to meet client’s business requirements and propose process improvements with adoption of industry best practices/standards.
  • Organize and coordinate with cross functional teams for requirements gathering, development and customization activities.
  • Configuration of Master Data and features/functionalities for the ERP system.
  • Verification of migrated legacy data to the ERP system (e.g. Open balances, transactional data).
  • Prepare test cases, execute testing for QA Testing, Functional Testing and Integration Testing, document and analyze test results and identify fixes required.
  • Validate report requirements for report development/enhancement, prepare test cases and perform testing for reports and printed outputs.
  • Prepare comprehensive end user Training Documents/Manual.
  • Provide training/refresher training for end users.
  • Provide UAT, Go-Live and post Go-Live support (e.g. answering user queries, resolving system/functional issues).
  • Complete project assignments within defined scope, budget and committed timelines as well as provide project coordination, functional expertise and contribute to improvements and enhancements.
  • Responsible for project tracking and control for assigned modules or systems, serving as a liaison between end users, technical resources and vendors.
  • Provide support for day to day queries from end users and to maintain and enhance the system to meet current and future business needs.





  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science, Human Resource Management/Development or relevant field.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in ERP system implementation and support with good knowledge of HR processes, statutory and regulatory requirements and reporting.
  • Experience in Business Intelligence tools, reporting tools (e.g. Crystal Report), process/flowcharting tools.
  • Proficient in office productivity software (e.g. Google Workspace).
  • A self-starter with solid interpersonal and communication skills, projecting a very positive and professional customer-oriented attitude.
  • Strong team player who is able to work effectively in a team and able to accept and complete assignments beyond job scope.
  • Possess excellent multitasking, analytical and creative problem solving skills.
  • Resourceful and ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
