DevOps Engineer

This role is responsible for primarily for the development of Voice Biometrics (on software platforms such as Verint) and Visual Support capabilities for the Digital Contact Centre (on software platforms such as Consilium). The role will be involved in the development or configuration of Voice Biometrics and Visual Support platform, but may also be expanded to over other digital channels / engagement platforms. Furthermore, the role is required to support testing, perform deployment and support post implementation.

Job Description

  • Responsible for supporting the system lifecycle & roadmap for the Voice Biometric(Verint), Visual Support(Consilium) platform and other digital channels / engagement platform for Digital Contact Centre
  • Diagnose and evaluate problems with content related to Video, Audio or Technical composition of voice biometric and visual support
  • Drive adoption of Agile Scrum and DevOps framework
  • Has good quality control of development and deployment – good coding policies and frameworks, release management discipline and reusability
  • Collaborate with other L3 teams in downstream and upstream platforms for integration works
  • Identify and drive areas of improvement e.g pro-active monitoring of System Health of the application
  • Review and resolve any operational system bottlenecks
  • Ensuring platform security through best use in class cloud security solutions by working closely with Security Team

Requirements

-

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related qualifications
  • 2 – 4 years total work experience, with minimum 2 years in Contact Center Engagement Platform or relevant experience
  • Experienced in system process flow, SDLC, design + documentation, Agile-Scrum delivery methodologies
  • Strong acumen in DevOps automation programming languages/scripting
  • Have strong knowledge on security implementation in DevOps CI/CD pipeline
  • Ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies and cloud services
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve production incidents
  • Technical skills in Verint and Consilium or related software will be an added advantage
  • Experience / background in Contact Centre customer engagement platforms, Industry experience in Telco will be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team player, innovative, outside of box thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
