Construction Project Manager (Based in Ipoh)

Job Description

-

  • To assist the General Project Manager in the realistic overall planning, scheduling and monitoring of site progress.
  • Liaise and coordinate with consultants, contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, resolved all technical and operation issues arising at project site and contractual disputes.
  • Attend all the site meetings in related to project site, compile and prepare reports for records and feedback of information for management review.
  • Updating the work programme progressively to suit the progress.
  • To ensure smooth implementation of projects from start to finish and within budget (tender and award, construction stages, authority planning, submission & approval).
  • To comply with legal and other requirements applicable to the projects.
  • To follow-up with local authorities on obtain the approval for development order (KM), building plan and Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC).

Requirements

-

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil & Structural/Mechanical/ Architecture/Construction Management/ Quantity surveying. 
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English/BM/Mandarin. 
  • Preferable at least 3 – 5 year of working experience in related field. 
  • Applicants must willing to work in Perak Ipoh.
