Job Description
-
- Perform and process compliance due diligence review on payment partners or 3rd parties by review, and verification of received information/documentation.
- Work with Head of Compliance and other relevant internal stakeholders to compliance to support business goals.
- Identify high-risk business partners and perform deep dive reviews.
- Monitor any outstanding conditions and follow through till closure.
- Ensure due diligence workpapers are maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements and guidelines.
- Assist to prepare analysis on regulatory requirements and or reporting materials.
- Suggestion and recommendation to management to improve due diligence processes from time to time.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
-
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- At least 5 – 7 years of working experience in compliance related role preferably in financial institution. Candidate with Customer Due Diligence (CDD), KYB (Know Your Business) or KYC (Know Your Customer) due diligence experience is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of payment regulations and regulatory requirements, or experience with payments or financial services preferred.
- Good written and communication skills, analytical and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multitasking.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to both produce quality work with minimal supervision and function well in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and preferably Mandarin Chinese.
