Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Proven knowledge and relevant minimum five (5) experience in Oil and Gas categories such as Production (Drilling, Completion, Intervention); Rig Support Services and Reservoir Development and Technology, Integrity Management, life cycle, engineering services and subsea; Operations (HSSE, MRO, Reliability and Maintenance, Logistics (fuel, inbound logistics, Marine, warehousing & shore base management), Rotating Equipment.
  2. Deliver value through effective and efficient category, sourcing, negotiation and contracting activities aligned with the company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  3. Ensure the team performs relevant due diligence processes and secure required approvals.
  4. Ensure the team comply with Local Content obligations and incorporated into the procurement decisions as required.
  5. Must operate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, IT, and other related departments to support bottom-line cost.
  6. Set and meet KPI objectives and targets for savings, turnaround time and supply security.
  7. Applies and implements SCM (Supply Chain Management) standards, tools, and processes in a multi-business organization.
  8. Meet regularly with critical suppliers for discussion on performance, planning, pricing, and future development activities.
  9. Lead internal cross-functional efforts to identify and quickly implement cost-reduction activities.
  10. Coordinate efforts of inter-company sourcing teams focused on reducing cost through utilizing purchasing leverage, standardization, technology changes, and overall market knowledge.
  11. Ensure that all other duties set by the line manager are being completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in direct/indirect procurement with demonstrated successful career path
  2. Strong acumen of indirect categories, supply markets, strategic sourcing principles, contract and supplier management
  3. Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible procurement, supply chain, commercial, contract development, or contract management experience required.
  4. Minimum 5 years of SAP or other ERP system user background is desirable.
