Job Description

-

  1. Drive business activities with sales in expanding maintenance sales coverage
  2. Track and aim to achieve maintenance business targets and execution plan
  3. Manages day-to-day execution activities with business support team.
  4. Work closely with business support team to develop business and technical proposal templates.
  5. Lead in maintenance tender qualification, review, and strategy with sales team
  6. Lead in maintenance proposal validation with business support team
  7. Form teaming arrangements, build and strengthen eco-system partnership for services
  8. Work with focus principal and partner to grow maintenance sales leads
  9. Lead in maintenance business planning and targets setting
  10. Engage with Customer Care team during tender preparation to ensure right sparing strategy, services costing optimization and strategic services scope of work
  11. Review with business support team and MIS to ensure continuous improvement on existing FSMS systems for maintenance business
  12. Lead with business support team during focus principal business review, services program performance and updates
  13. Meet focus customer during quarter review to assess what improvements are required

Requirements

-

  1. Minimum a Diploma in IT and preferably Degree holder
  2. 2 – 3 years’ experience in sales & marketing role
  3. Some experiences in maintenance sales or business
  4. Strong initiative & people networking skills
  5. Proven sales track record
  6. Self-motivated, go-and-get approach and the will to win.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Good team player, meticulous & proactive individual
