Job Summary

A highly skilled and motivated Salesperson with 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Software Sales and Channel Partner Management, who wants an opportunity for career growth and the chance to succeed within an entrepreneurial, innovative organization.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop sales strategy for government sector and any assigned sector.
  2. Identify key aspects of potential new opportunities, engage partners as needed to develop customer relationships that lead to joint success.
  3. Co-ordinate sales activities with Partners and support their sales projects to ensure they are actively promoting the Company’s solutions to their end users and closing business.
  4. Working closely with Sales Management to achieve objectives for assigned sectors.
  5. Working closely with Pre-Sales Consultants.
  6. Maintaining and growing accounts.

Requirements

-

  1. 5+ years’ experience in sales or business development with at least 3 years covering major Government accounts.
  2. Experience selling to Service Providers or Major System Integrators in assigned sector is a plus.
  3. Experience in selling enterprise software, ideally monitoring software will be an advantage.
  4. Experience in Government tender/procurement processes.
  5. An ability to work independently but within a team-oriented organization.
  6. Experience working in an international organization.
  7. Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quota through both direct and indirect sales channels.
  8. Excellent communications skills. Ability to make a positive connection with people in person, by phone and in on-line sessions.
  9. Good spoken and written Cantonese and English language skills.
  10. Entrepreneurial attitude and acumen.
  11. University Degree desirable.
